Gazprom Neft Company applied the Uber business model for creating its corporate university for 70 thousand employees.
The University is organized as a platform with 25 departments, where any employee may take on the role of an expert or of a student. These roles may change many times a day. The system regulates itself through feedback and even sets future strategic trends of competence development.
“The whole idea is to create a platform for connecting best in-house and external practices and experts with the employees who need such knowledge and skills,” says Mr Nikolai Dolgov, one of the creators of the platform-like university.
