Rinardas Goda introduced the 4+1 System at Tegra Company, Lithuania, in April 2017: the staff work for four days, and on Friday they get together and party at InTegra House, a development centre of the company.

On Fridays, Tegra’s employees watch movies, dance, practice clay modeling and yoga, and discuss business matters employing Open Space Technology (Harrison Owen’s approach to hosting strategic meetings).

An intriguing move, isn’t it?

Statistics turns out quite interesting: with total working time reduced by 20%, Tegra increased its profit by 36%.

“And this was achieved in a short period of time, even before most our innovations produced an effect,” said Rinardas.
