Every Tochka Bank employee has a flipchart sheet at their workplace with “Expectations of your role” inscribed upon it. If you ask them: “Where is your job description?”, then they will reply: “Hanging right here!”. Each employee prepares this sheet together with their colleagues in order to clarify and agree on expectations regarding their roles.
“We do not have jobs, but a set of roles which can be redistributed. In my opinion, it’s very useful when people discuss expectations regarding each role,” says Boris Dyakonov, CEO, Tochka Bank.
